Have you ever considered the following :

Like today , the only means of distributing information to the masses was in the hands of a few individuals who had the power to manipulate social thinking for their own ends .

And again , like today , most people are so busy trying to get that little "extra" that they don't have time to actually stop and think what they are really doing .Therefore , once the population on mass have been socially conditioned to think in a certain way , ie "The only good indian is a dead indian" , "Nits breed fleas" (justification for killing babies) , one can easily get away with anything .

This is especially so when vast amounts of money were , and still are , being made and spent without any form of moral control .

The questions therefore must be :

What is going on now that we don't think about simply because we have been socially conditioned to accept it ?

Are we voluntary participants in some kind of mass destruction that we simply ignore for our own petty short-term greed ?

Will future historians look at us and judge us as being selfish , uncompassionate , self-centred barbarians ?
